This collaboration between the City of Weslaco, EDC of Weslaco and UTRGV tapped Megamorphosis to develop a truly unique program that fosters entrepreneurship and education by bringing together UTRGV doctoral candidates and local start-ups.  A challenging multi-story renovation of an existing single story grocery store required Megamorphosis' broad skill-set for building envelope, interior furnishing specifications, and project coordination between several entities and funding agencies which included the LRGV Economic Development Corporation and EDA.
